We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Section 7 - Shipping

Orders are delivered to addresses in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. Estimated delivery times are provided once your order is placed.

All shipments are made through a professional carrier, with costs based on order weight and delivery method. Additional charges may apply to remote areas or for large/heavy items. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at +971 4 590 0898.

Section 8 - Refund/Return Policy

You may refund or return your order within 7 working days if:

1. Your item is unused and in the same condition as received.

2. It was the wrong order.

3. The product is defective.

4. The product was damaged in shipping.

To return your order, contact customerservice@lootahperfumes.com . You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days.
